Shipping and Sales Tax
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from our warehouse within two to three business days. (More information below, in the FAQ).

When should I expect delivery?
After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground, UPS Worldwide and FedEx Ground shipping times apply, which depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS and FedEx at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for internationl shipments.

What about overnight delivery?
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please email us with questions about shipping options.

What if I want to return something?
Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We charge a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
